At Jan'ssuggestion I had the seller provide an AHS warranty. I was relieved I had this when my air conditioning went out & the cost to fix it was $1500. The warranty company denied the repair, claiming it was improperly repaired prior to my purchase. I had to go into my own pocket to get the air conditioner fixed. That was eight months ago. I received a call from AHS late November offering to reimburse me for my expenses. I was confused since I thought it was a closed issue. However, it turns out Jan was still fighting for me. She had contacted Margie Alexander from American Home Shield & convinced her to research the situation further which got me the money I deserve. It's funny, Jan, because I saw that picture pop up this morning, and my heart skipped a beat, and I thought, that's fabulous, there's our house! Finally, something to look at! Then I thought, wait a second, that looks way better than anything else, that has to be Jan's listing. I am not lying, I really thought that. Our condo was on the market for roughly a month (32 days). Even with 3 others for sale at Yates Village, our unit sold first with the others still on the market!!!!
